The impact You will create:

Based on a strict schedule you will check and ensure for a correct data flow between stores and central systems supported by an internal and external monitoring systems as Nexus, Nagios etc.
You will conduct different troubleshooting steps in case of any missing or inconsistent data as well as temporarily system malfunction
You will keep constant communication with IT departments of the affected countries and keep the teams up to date with the system’s performance and result of our troubleshooting steps
We will expect you to give suggestions on how to improve the existing data checks and how to optimize and automate the processes

Experience and skills You will need:

You come with a passion for IT and preferably have an IT education and/or some basic support experience
Basic IT knowledge built by working with different remote desktop, file sharing and monitoring applications and platforms
Practical experience on working with monitoring tools is considered as a plus
Practical experience and time spent on Windows Batch scripting, Python basic knowledge, Ansible knowledge and experience with other automation related technologies is considered as a plus
You have strong willingness to learn and develop on a position with high responsibility which will put you in a demanding IT environment
Most of all you need to be ready and willing to work on 4 hours working shifts that can be placed in the time frame 7PM – 10AM. Shifts can be placed on weekends and official holidays.
You come with good English skills needed to operate in a multicultural environment
