Infrastructure
Ensuring stable and secure IT operations as well as designing and implementing forward-thinking IT architectures are our main objectives. Together we ensure that both hardware and software function without incidents. We also advise on the further development of existing architectures and the creation of new solutions.
Cloud Services
We develop and market innovative cloud infrastructure and cloud platform services (IaaS and PaaS) to enterprise quality standards. These services lay the technological foundations for the digital transformation of the entire Schwarz Group. Through our STACKIT brand, we also offer our Made in Germany cloud solutions to external companies.
Service & Support
We are the central point of contact for IT matters for all users across the group worldwide. We, and our local locations, pride ourselves in being a reliable partner thanks to our responsiveness, proximity and presence. Detailed IT service processes mean our 350,000 users and more than 500 solutions are all set to work.
IT Administration
We are the administrative body of Schwarz IT. We bear the responsibility for areas such as finances, budgets, resources, portfolio management as well as controlling and purchasing in order to guarantee our customers the best performance. Owing to our group-wide role, we report in the company on the performance of IT as well as its processes.
