As Schwarz IT HR, we take care of all our employees' issues and work internally as well as externally. We are responsible for all topics such as personnel planning and development as well as change management. We take care of our junior employees with a special training program and ensure transparent and targeted communication - either internally, on social media, in form of cooperations or at events.
