AI ENGINEER CUSTOMER ANALYTICS ^(m/f/d)

The impact You will create: 

• Develop and implement AI algorithms and models for personalization, focusing on recommender systems, churn and customer segmentation models
• Design and build data pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources
• Develop and maintain software tools and frameworks to support the deployment and monitoring of AI models in production
• Collaborate with customer relationship management and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and systems
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience and skills You will need: 

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of fundamental AI and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, optimization algorithms, and deep learning 
• Experience with Python and relevant libraries such as Pandas, Spark, Keras or Pytorch 
• Practical experience with recommender systems and other relevant AI models in the CRM context
• Mindset of utilizing technology to fulfill user needs and meet quality standards
