The impact You will create:
- You design and develop Generative AI applications that generate creative content, extract valuable insights from unstructured data and revolutionize our business processes
- You take analytical applications from proof-of-concept to production and ensure their quality and sustainability
- You use the toolbox of a software and DevOps engineer to transfer the requirements of GenAI products into productive applications
- You work in interdisciplinary agile teams with AI engineers, product owners and specialist departments
- You act as a coach and mentor for teammates with a flair for analyzing and solving technical problems
Experience and Skills You will Need:
- Degree in (business) informatics, a comparable degree or a comparable qualification with professional experience
- Several years of experience in software development and productive implementation of software products
- Strong knowledge of scalable application architecture, the software development cycle and software design patterns
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with Large Language Models
- Demonstrate passion for Generative AI and commitment for continuous learning in this rapidly evolving field
- Very good knowledge of English, preferably good knowledge of German
