The impact you will create:

  • On this position you will be responsible for the second-level support of operational IT processes
  • You will be functioning as a connection between our international IT and the business units, as well as the technical departments in the countries
  • You will be analysing and processing IT requests, incidents, problems and will be taking the respective measures to resolve them
  • You will have to configure filters and abbreviations lists as well as help with the creation of automatic reports, simple document types and projects
  • You will also be responsible for the support of business units to ensure the system readiness

Experience and Skills you will need:

  • Technical background in business applications
  • Experience with ERP systems (i.e. SAP) is an advantage
  • Technical background in SAP ERP, SAP RE-FX would be an advantage
  • Good understanding of Real Estate Processes 
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Good command of English and German (minimum level B2)
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting skills, solution-orientation
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to offer support to others
  • ITIL knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience in ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management tool) is an advantage
  • Experience in 1L or 2L support is an advantage
