Your Tasks
As a Salesforce Engineer you strengthen our international team in the Schwarz Group's Software Engineering department, more specifically in the Service Cloud solution
You are responsible for the holistic life cycle of your developments: from the introduction to the implementation of requirements and the rollout to operation
You will be breaking down requirements, documenting tasks and estimating efforts
You will promotes transparency by proactively sharing design choices with appropriate audiences, with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness
You will take on strategic and operational advice for internal customers
You ensure an efficient support chain
Your Profile
At least 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, especially in Service Cloud
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, Apex, LWC components and declarative elements
