The Impact you will create:
- You will perform second level support in SAP users requests including problem analysis and its resolutionYou will create and maintain users in SAP environment
- You will assist in SAP audits and overall meetings to improve the systems and the processes
- You will handle requests in Identity Management systems
- You will participate in the creation and maintenance of documentation (processes, procedures, manuals etc.) in the user access management area
Experience and Skills you will need:
- A successfully completed degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics or a similar field
- Very good process knowledge of the daily business processes in SAP along with the setup and maintenance of Identity Management concepts and solution
- Desire to work in a growing company with colorful people and challenging tasks
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality is an ongoing requirement at the company
- Solid English skills; German language skills will be an advantage
- Experience with SAP user access be a valuable
