The impact you will create:
Work directly with the business units, AI Product Managers, Data Scientists and Engineers to research, troubleshoot, and resolve requests and issues in a timely manner
Understand the architecture of our systems and developed applications, efficiently use, and improve AI specific troubleshooting tools.
Effectively prioritize and escalate issues to comply with Service Level Agreements, manage communication and expectations internally and with stakeholders
Clearly and succinctly document the details around the case resolution, providing outstanding customer service and high-quality technical responses.
Experience and skills you will need:
Customer-oriented professional with strong follow-through and clear communication, who consistently keeps commitments to projects, customers, and fellow employees
2-4 years of industry experience supporting or implementing software and data-driven services in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Experience with IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow platform or similar) and SQL for reporting, data manipulation and investigation
Intellectual curiosity to find unusual ways to solve issues, analyze core issues and learn new technologies
Ability to deal with stress related to escalation timeframes and competing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
