Your tasks
You are responsible for tasks in the setup, operation and further development of ITSCM (IT Service Continuity Management) as well as internal requirements for this
You optimize the resilience of the corporate group and the cooperation with other areas, in particular risk management, business continuity management (BCM), emergency and crisis management
You drive forward the international rollout of the ITSCM
You work together with the Information Security Officers (ISO) in our more than 30 country units and coordinate your approach closely
You coordinate the planning, implementation and follow-up of comprehensive emergency exercises and recovery tests
You conduct workshops, awareness-raising and training measures
You ensure the ITSCM process through analyzes, internal checks and controls
You create or commission emergency documents such as manuals, recovery and emergency plans
Your profile
You have a degree in (business) IT, security or risk management or a comparable qualification
You have good knowledge in the area of IT service continuity management, disaster recovery or IT emergency management
You have a technical understanding of databases, operating systems and networks, both in on-premise and cloud environments
Your experience includes leading technical sub-projects / projects
Your way of working in a team is reliable, analytical and structured
You are not afraid of larger tasks and taking on responsibility
You have initial experience in setting up security processes and relevant standards (ISO 27001, 27031, 22301, BSI-Grundschutz, GPG)
Ideally, you are CBCI or CBCP certified
You communicate confidently in German and English, both spoken and written
