Schwarz IT takes care of the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of Schwarz Group. As a result, it is responsible for the selection, provision, operation and continuing development of IT infrastructure, IT platforms and business applications. In order to provide IT solutions that optimally support the departments’ business processes, Schwarz IT addresses the departments’ requirements in consultations and works with them to develop professional and effective IT solutions.

Your tasks

  • You support the rollout of a large international project and the introduction of a support & self-help portal for our branches
  • You standardize the recording of frequently occurring IT malfunctions together with the responsible persons in our country organizations and ensure compliance with them
  • You create the recording masks for IT incidents in our ITSM system (ServiceNow)

Your profile

  • You are a student (m/f/d) of business administration, (business) computer science or mathematics with an affinity for computer science
  • You work independently, carefully and on your own responsibility and have a high level of commitment
  • You think holistically and have a quick grasp of things
  • You have a good command of German and English
