We provide training and development opportunities for talented IT professionals to equip Bulgaria’s next generation of IT experts with the skills they need. We work closely with schools and universities to deliver this program.
We’ve made it our goal to train and support women in the IT sector. Equal payment for men and women is part of this vision.
In our in-house IT Academy, we train employees who don’t have extensive programming experience, enabling them to obtain qualifications in programming languages such as SAP ABAP, web & mobile, and Python. We base our training on practical projects.
We’re aware of our responsibility toward the environment, so we support sustainability projects that aim to conserve natural resources.
