Your Tasks

  • Digitalization and developments in the labour market are dynamic drivers of HR transformation. We are actively shaping this transformation and strengthening the role and added value of HR for the entire organization. The focus is not only on processes, data and IT systems, but above all on people: over 370,000 Lidl employees in sales, logistics and administration.
  • Steering an HR team in the context of HRIS
  • Lean Process Management for country business requirements in the area of HR Service Management
  • Functional 2nd level support for the solution ServiceNow HRSD in all Lidl countries
  • International release and test management
  • Coordination of ServiceNow HRSD activities between German headquarter, country responsible and IT in the context of incident, demand and innovation management
  • Managing the onboarding and knowledge transfer to new team members

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • 3 years of experience as team leader and project manager
  • 3 years of work experience in Service Management Operation or HR Process Management
  • Experienced in communication with stakeholders on different Management Level in an international organization
  • High coordination and communication skills 
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Knowledge in HR Service Operation, ServiceNow HRSD, SAP Success Factors, Chatbot and AI Tools are an advantage
