Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the international rollout of the HR Chatbot including coordination with HR in Lidl countries
- Consulting for HR teams on the optimal use of the HR Chatbot
- Analyzing Chatbot usage and identifying improvement potentials
- Manage operations of the HR Chatbot
- Close collaboration with other HR Teams and technical experts
- Strong interface work with Sales and Logistics
- Rapid assessment of business needs and delivery of effective solutions
Your Profile
- Bachelors degree in HR, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally with a focus on technology and digitalization
- Good technical understanding with relevant knowledge in Chatbot Technologies, Automation, and User Experience
- Experience in managing international transformation/digitalization projects
- Experience in agile project management methods
- Strong communication skills, team player, and solution oriented personality
- Fluent English skills in spoken and written form, optional German skills
- Intercultural competence in an international environment
