Your Tasks

  • Digitalization and developments in the labour market are dynamic drivers of HR transformation. We are actively shaping this transformation and strengthening the role and added value of HR for the entire organization. The focus is not only on processes, data and IT systems, but above all on people: over 370,000 Lidl employees in sales, logistics and administration.
  • International demand management regarding ServiceNow HRSD
  • Functional 2nd level support for the solution ServiceNow HRSD in all Lidl countries
  • Coordination of international releases incl. testing and communication
  • Build and maintain an international ServiceNow HRSD key user community for HR
  • Execution of workshops and trainings in the context of HR Service Management and Process Digitalization

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science or a comparable qualification

  • 3 years of work experience in HR Service Management., HR Process Management or HRIS
  • Experienced in communication with different stakeholders in an international organization
  • High coordination and communication skills 
  • Fluent in English
  • German skills are an advantage
  • Knowledge in ServiceNow HRSD, SAP Success Factors, Chatbot and AI Tools are an advantage
